Applications will be considered from candidates who have ALL of the following conditions: Proven success and at least 3 years of experience in the obstetric and gynecological office. Knowledge and experience with epic EMR, including planning. Knowledge and experience in the field of verification of private insurance, obtaining permission for services and procedures, correct and timely collection of surcharges, as well as self-management of finances. Experience in supporting medical bills and collection efforts. Experience with front and back office. Excellent customer service skills, sincere care, courtesy and compassion for patients. Other highly desirable elements of knowledge and experience are: Knowledge of the entire medical practice and process. Must have leadership skills, the ability to work with the provider and staff both at the reception desk and in the back office environment. Experience with the schedule of patients and telephone communication at the reception. I answer calls, make appointments. Receive and return voice mail, tasks, e-mail, and faxes.
