Sales Manager About us: Plane Butler inc. — a promising startup. We provide business aviation with a variety, including, but not limited to, food and beverage. Our vision is to combine most of the day-to-day responsibilities of flight attendants into one affordable service. We are looking for a high-performance sales manager who will help us achieve our goals of building a sales team from scratch. You will be responsible for maximizing the potential of our sales team and evaluating sales performance to ensure our success. The ideal candidate is a born leader, a team player and a lover of taking on new challenges. Requirements: Track record of success in sales as a sales manager. Requires over 3 years of experience in B2B sales management or in a leadership role in a business sales department. Experience in airlines (including, but not limited to, catering and cargo sales, logistics) is desirable. Commitment to continuing education through workshops, seminars and conferences. Excellent written and oral communication skills (in English). Deep understanding of CRM systems Excellent mentoring, coaching and HR management skills Responsibilities: Achieve sales goals by successfully managing a team. Identify new emerging market sales opportunities and lead generation programs to sustain our growth. Rental, Training and Call Center Management Develop strategies to increase monetization through media placement Development of a commercial pitch Training in sales skills of personnel Writing sales reports, including sales volume and progress, to help create new sales goals Schedule: 9-hour shift Monday to Friday Location: Office space near Miami Airport.
